Please welcome our new Executive Chef. Paul has 12 years of fine dining kitchen experience and has studied the Culinary Arts through classes at The Art Institute in Mason, Ohio. Paul has been with SCCC for the past 10 years in a variety of roles under both Chef Chris Cavender, as well as our previous Executive Chef Bill Smith. For the past 6 years Paul has been Sous Chef under Chris as well as Bill and has been involved in many management activities with Chris – we’re fortunate to be able to promote from within our staff. Paul and his wife Elyce live in Miamisburg and have two children, Abel and Clara. We are pleased to offer Paul this opportunity and look forward to his tenure as Executive Chef at our club. In addition to Paul’s announcement, we will also be promoting Brandon Myers to Sous Chef under Paul.
